Together we shape a community that tackles social and economic disadvantages recognizing difficulty and struggle to reclaim and rebuild life after incarceration, as well as uphold mitigation of risk factors to address broader social concerns in Scarborough, Toronto and GTA area. The Second Chance Foundation is a community within reach. When you donate to The Second Chance Foundation you help to provide meeting of basic needs for women transitioning from prison into society; mental health supports; programs and workshops; training and employment. Donations also enable successful coverage of operational costs (rent, utilities, supplies, etc.), address staffing and volunteer shortage, fund various charitable events and materials. Together we reduce recidivism rates and prevent brushes with the law.
