Developing healthy habits and self-care is at the center of The Second Chance Foundation's work. We believe that when woman puts herself first and makes efforts to improve her well-being, she can successfully change her life. We are offering grooming services, self-defense and basic yoga training, healing circles through group consultation options. Our hope is that connections will be forged and built in our community by the end of the sessions.
